The cabinet is equipped with a 17-inch screen, headphone jack, custom riser at the bottom, light-up marquee at the top, exclusive side panel art, and the ability to connect to Wi-Fi and play against others with the same system . However, it’s not currently clear if it has rollback netcode, which reduces lag and is something that many modern fighting games have.
And while marvel vs. Capcom 2 is the star title that’s featured all over the cabinet itself, it, as mentioned, comes with a slew of other Capcom-developed games. Six of them are fighting games while two (the last two on the list) are retro action brawlers. The full game list is as follows:
- marvel vs. Capcom
- marvel vs. Capcom 2
- marvel superheroes vs. Street Fighter
- X-Men vs. Street Fighter
- Marvel Super Heroes
- X-Men: Children of the Atom
- X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse
- Marvel Super Heroes in War of the Gems

Those who want to snag one of these can sign up for notifications on Arcade1Up’s website. Pre-orders begin on September 8 and the system itself will come out sometime in the fall. Shipping is also free for those in the contiguous United States for those who get a pre-order in on that first day, but the full price of the cabinet is still unknown.
